What is a Content Day?
A dedicated session where we plan and film your content in one focused block of time.
It’s ideal if:
- You’re bored of stock images and want real, authentic content
- You don’t know what to film (or you feel awkward on camera)
- You want to show up consistently without being glued to your phone
- You want content that looks intentional and on-brand
What’s included
Every Content Day includes:
Pre-Content Day planning call (1 hour): We’ll go through your business, offers, goals, target audience, and what you want your content to achieve.
Industry + competitor research: I’ll look at what’s working in your space so we can position your content to stand out (not blend in).
Shot list + content plan: You’ll have a clear list of what we’re filming and why — including Reel concepts, b-roll ideas, and content prompts.
Filming session at your chosen location.
We Capture:
B-roll clips (behind-the-scenes, working shots, lifestyle)
Reel footage (trends, talking clips, “day in the life”, service highlights)
Brand photos (where needed)
Product/service visuals to support your content calendar
