Less overwhelm. More growth (for free).

This page is for busy business owners who want better marketing and a stronger Instagram presence — without spending hours Googling.I’m sharing my high-level strategies and quick wins that make the biggest difference to visibility, consistency and enquiries. If you want templates, prompts, and monthly guidance sent to your inbox, you can join my mailing list at the bottom of this page.

Start here: the 10-minute marketing reset

If your marketing feels messy, do this first:

1) Clarify your “what”

In one sentence: I help (who) get (result) without (pain).

Example: I help busy business owners grow on Instagram without posting every day. (make sure this is in your social media bios!)

2) Fix your call-to-action

Every post should lead somewhere: DM, book, enquire, shop, or join your list. People need to be TOLD what to do with your content.

3) Choose 3 content themes

Pick 3 topics you’ll repeat weekly (this is what builds momentum).

Example: tips, behind-the-scenes, results/proof.

4) Make it repeatable

The best strategy is the one you can stick to.

If you want the done-with-you version of this (plus audits + an action plan), that’s what my Business Consultancy sessions are for. Enquire Below.

Instagram quick wins that actually move the needle

Make your bio do the job

Your bio should answer these in seconds:

  • Who you help
  • What you help them do
  • Where you are (if location-based)
  • One clear next step (DM / link / book)

Pro tip: your “Name” field is searchable — add a keyword like Social Media Manager, Content Creator, Shopify Web Design, South Wales.

The Reels formula that keeps it simple

You don’t need to dance. Use this structure:

  • Hook (first 1–2 seconds)
  • One idea (keep it tight)
  • Payoff (result / tip / lesson)
  • CTA (comment / save / DM)

Keep Reels focused on one message. That’s what gets shares.

Stories = where trust builds faster

If your feed is for reach, Stories are for conversion.

Post any 1–2 of these daily:

  • behind-the-scenes
  • quick opinion (“hot take”)
  • proof (results, testimonial, screenshot)
  • a simple poll question
  • a link to your offer/freebie
